Ceramique sucks more than AS5...
From articsilver.com I got the following numbers for thermal conductivity:

Code:

Ceramique:   5.08W/m-K
AS5:         8.89W/m-K
Copper:    390   W/m-K

There's really no substitute for proper metal to cpu contact.
