I managed to find a slightly longer screw, but it's metric so the nylon nuts won't fit. So I'm gonna try drilling out four of the nuts to use as spacers between the bracket and the motherboard and then use some plastic washer + metal nut on the back of the motherboard. I just hope the screw isn't long enough to touch the motherboard mounting plate.
