I didn't mention anything about 4mm?
j813 - monkey_1 is right... the bolts to mount the water block are 6/32 by 2-1/2"...
but Tyop was asking about the cap screws to mount the P4 plate to the motherboard. and again, what monkey_1 said is correct... 6/32 by 1/2"
