As you may well know the head rating (or pressure rating) is much more important in watercooling as the loops are very restrictive. The down side is that more heat is dumped into the water so it countereacts alot of the benifits of higher flow.

Yeah, and the other advantage is should on pump fail, the odds are that only on will fail at the same time, so the setup won't be pumpless, kind of like a redundancy safety feature.
