The RBX or the Whitewater from Dtek would be great blocks for you. It's true the RBX doesn't cover the entire chip, but I would say (estimate) it covers ~93% of the heat spreader, which includes 100% coverage of the most important part, the core. Long story short, it doesn't matter one bit on the A64's, so don't make that your only reason for ditching the RBX in favor of the WhiteWater. The RBX does out perform the Maze4, especially in high flow systems, which it sounds like you are going to have. At the level of flow you are looking at the RBX performs exactly as well as the WhiteWater, so my advice to you is check them both out and decide based on price and looks.

The MCP600 is a wonderful pump, and you should be very happy with it and would pair up very well with the WW or the RBX and a GPU block. I would recommend you ditch plans for a chipset waterblock unless you really really want to. Save some money and get a nice 3rd party one. The NB waterblock just adds heat into your water and is a flow killer in most setups.

Good luck!
