Hi, this is my first post in this forum, so bear with me.
I hope someone can throw a light on this.
I want to use an air cooled pelt, the Swiftech MCX4000-T, but I would like to know some more about it.
So:
1.º Feathers and Unregistered (air cooling thread) talked about the Swiftech capability of handling 100watts. The bottom line is: can it or can't it?
2.º Is this a viable option? I don't want to use WC just yet.
I mean, if I adopted an air duct to cool directy the cpu, and use a 92mm fan?
If someone uses this Pelt cooling system please say the facts.
3.º What are the average temps I can expect to get from it, using a PIV 2,8C or 3.0C?Even overcloking the temps are better than with a simple air cooling heatsink?
4.º does this really works?
I you would give your objective inputs I would appreciate.
