The only thing I seen in pHaestus' test was the GPM comparison where the TDX was a higher GPM. How the channels sit over the die wouldn't make a difference if any unless the cpu die it self is longer than the total width of the channels. That I don't know since I never measured the channel width versus the cpu die.
