16.2*8=129W
15.2*24=364.8W

364+129=493W...can that Meanwell supply that kind of output...constantly?

That would be the power consumption if both TEC's were running ideal voltages and current. The TECs' power consumption won't be exactly like that, as those values are computed using set tems for the hot and cold sides of the TEC, and they will be different in your system. Although since they both have such close voltages, that ideal will be close to the values listed above.

One thing to remember however is that is also going to be a heat addition into your cooling loop. You could end up having to dissipate over ~700W of heat out of your radiator(s). Thats a ton of heat! Not mention a noticeable spike in the power bill.
