Thnx for your reply. I agree with you that the two parts should not be in contact. Then making a saving in the block is not an option. The pelt would be "sunk" into the WB and can be put under great pressure if you make a 1.70mm saving for a 1.90mm Pelt. This would also handle with the condensation because you can make the pelt dissapear really deep into the block. The condensation can be stopped using some sort of isolation material sprayed into the ttwo wholes at the left and the right side of the upper block, in the bottom picture
To bad for the contact issue...any thoughts on that or the thang at whole?
