What he said. The pic for whatever reason is not loading on my comp. I googled that board and indeed it has the mounting holes. Remove the orange frame and the holes are there.
Would have been good if Gigabyte used holes for AMD.

They seem to have a habbit of doing that to all the AMD boards. One reason I never bought one...
