I really dunno if what block is great for a P4 but i've heard that a DTek white water is nice to use. Not a P4 user here.

I am a P4 user..
run the DTek white water and it works well for me...
I have removed teh IHS then had to mod the mounting a little bit to adjust for the decrease in height of the CPU...
works well...
