what I was thinking of back in the day before I even had the money for w/c, was to make a small socket 7 waterblock out of a socket 7 heatsink, basically by soldering on side panels to make it a tight block, and adding an input and output barb. I ran into the wall when I realized I have no idea how to solder big metal plates together
so can you elborate on what you did a little please?
