swiftech ordering issue

i just had a not too favorable experience with ordering directly from swiftech's online store, and i was wondering if this is an anomaly or a common trend with them.

on wednesday i ordered 2 waterblocks. i understand that they allow up to 2 weeks to ship, and i dont have a problem with that. what i do have a problem with is that they immediately charged my card, and when i called and asked for a tracking number, they responded by saying that they might ship the order late next week!

to me that is absolute crap. i used to work for a .com and did a pretty good business. part if our ethics policy was that if we do have it shipping out the same day, we dont charge the customer.

i just cancelled my order, and i will just have to see how long it takes them to do that. i guess they might refund me late next week.
