I don't think it's a waste of time, but in the case of the radiator, the turbulators need to be IN the channels of the rad. This isn't easy without completely taking the rad apart.

Equally, I think turbulators would more than likely make the Maze 4 VERY restrictive.

I'm not saying it wouldn't work.
