The closest would be clean antibacterial water but that u can only get it on the pharmacy with a doctors prescrition.

Big headed? No. Distilled water is on every corner here. Just habbit of it being available. De-inonized water will be fine. Sure it will re-ionize but that is a moot point being any other water will be ionized anyway.
