The screw also shrinks....

I'll tell you what, put a little WD 40 on the screw you took out and put it back in and tighten it. This will reduce the pressure on the remaining screws. Spray some WD 40 on the rest of the screws threads and let that seep in. Then un-tighten the rest and when you put it back together, use a little anti-sieze if you think it is necessary.
