What does it matter if they are on your site or not. Fact is they are OUT THERE! That should be enough for you not to use his reviews. It isn't like the people that read YOUR site don't read OTHER site's. YOUR responsible for the credibility and qulaity of the information on YOUR site. Doesn't matter if it is freelance or not.
