My apologies to all those reviewers who felt offended that they didn't automatically receive their free sample upon request. It seems that this may have caused considerable acrimony for certain reviewers.

Cathar, I understand you can't send a block to every small reviewer; now. In the future, an email is much more professional, then no response at all. When you treat others with respect, and decency, it comes back to you. Sure it's probably a pain to answer every email requesting a waterblock, so create a automated response. It's just plain ole common decency.
