Anyway, lets talk libel. Slander is simply the wrong term, since it refers to oral statements and gestures - kinda tough over the internet.

Bill's statements don't count as Libel, because they are insulting/offensive, but do not actually harm Liquid3D's reputation. He is free to call L3D a $#!&head to his heart's content without fear of legal action.

pHaestus is also not guilty of libel either, because a major criteria is that the defamation is false. To the best of my knowledge, none of the comments made about Liquid3D by pHaestus were false, or even particularly harmful, except to his pride.

Jurisdiction would likely be Civil Court in Los Angeles County, California, as that is where the xtremeresources Forum is hosted, or Civil Court in Houston, Texas, as that is the location of the Procooling servers (Assuming Liquid3D was pressing charges based on statements made on this site)

Again - I don't feel that legal action by either side would be particularly helpful or successful.
