Actually, if you're watercooling for silence, the thinner one is preferable (you need less fan pressure, which means less fan noise). Don't expect great cooling though, erm, well, better than BlackIce
Pro (same thickness but built for a single 120mm fan).
It's all a matter of what you're optimizing for...
