why are you trying to get pumps to push water faster? for effective cooling you want a slow, powerful pump, idealy something that pumps 150-200gph at 6-10psi would be the way to go. Slower moving water generates fewer, smaller, eddies for hotspots to work up in. They also allow for the water to absorb more heat when it passes through your blocks and dissipate more heat when traveling through the radiator. on top of all of that they will be more quiet.
