ok this is the waterblock I have been wanting to make myself once I get access to a drill press. The only thing I am not sure if you can do with the drill press is the channel for the o-ring. Would it be possible to use a small dremel router setup with a 1/8 bit to cut a channel 2/32 deep in polycarbonate for the o-ring to sit instead of trying to machine it on the block?
