Default need massive help with tec

i have a 72-95 watt tec it can range depending on the voltage applied to it

and a 80 watt tec on a mcw50-t and a

580 watt demon psu from powmax

http://www.powmax.com for specific numbers on the psu

and I have a 350 watt psu and a 300 watt psu

I was wondering wether I could run both tec's on 2 diffrent 5 v rails from the 580 watt psu

I am running a 3.0 ghz p4 a 9800 pro 128 mb and 1 hard drive 7200 rpm and 1 cd rom drive and 1 floppy and 3 80 mm fans and 2 120 mm fans

I was wodnering if i could run them all off of the 580 watt psu from powmax
but if not i could run them off of one of the other psu's but then hwo would i get the wires through the pci slots in the back *the power blugs.

Also would hte 92 watt peltier be enough to cool the 3.0c ghz p4
it is not a prescott it is a northwood model with 800 mhz fsb i have looked up the statistics at intel.com and i believe it generates somewhere around 80 watts of heat at highest load. Also if it is enough to cool it how much? would it decrease the temperatures?
