If I would go for a non-cooling reservoir/pump method, I would use a compact metal or plastic case with thick walls (to dampen the noise) that is waterproof and easy to open.
A metallic ball or something that would look sweet, with enough room for 2 pumps and that totally dampens the noise- I could live with that
