Need some more info. Where are you measuring temps from? Onboard thermisitor? Hotside vs coldside and water temps would be helpful. What's the general setup like (pump, rad, block, etc)?
Could something have changed overnight? If your tubing's not supported properly (is exerting torque on the block), it might have messed up the mounting. Does a remount fix the problem?
I don't know the layout of that motherboard, but if it's using one of those probes that touches the back of the cpu rather than the on-die thermisitor, you can expect it to be pretty inaccurate with no airflow through the socket.
