With that current block and a pretty good pump already in hand, you should be lower than 60C Might I suggest another fan for the rad? Is the rad too small for cooling both GPU and CPU? Can you get a 2nd rad in there going out the side perhaps in a 2nd loop for the GPU?
Forgive the questions if you are quite happy with the case, 60C is fine, but I was thinking with some simple tweaks it may be more efficient.
