I would setup similar to the one you listed.
Fir a pump I would go 12v MCP600 or the C-Systems if I knew it was going to be reliable(prob two for the fault tolerance aspect).
I thnk the MCW6000 series would be the best choice
Not sure about the vid card block tho, but if I used one the Fusion would be the one.
I would use a res just for the extra capacity it has to allow for evap.
I would use a coolant like fluidxp for sure
For the rad I would prob use a BIX which should prove adequate and has the fit/finish I think would be required for such a machine and with so amny cases now coming with 12cm fans would be a fairly simple install.
