Nf7-SL motherboard (DFI lanparty NF2 B series gets higher fsb, but since it isn't yours, I'm recommending the Abit on pure ease of set up; the DFI can be extremely finicky). I have a standard 2500+ on one of these at 2.6ghz.

mosfet heatsinks and southbridge heatsinks
should get an easy 2.6-2.7ghz on water.
