Hmmm, looking at your picture - lose the BIM, flip the BIX and have the fan pulling in air from it, and set your two lower front fans to exhaust air. That'd be about the best I could suggest given what you're showing.

Setup looks reasonable to me. For the commercial DIY components that you're sourcing, it can more often be due to a poorly installed system, than the individual components themselves, that is what is to blame when things don't go as well as expected.
