Actually it would be 2 times the CPU cost, 2 times the cooling cost, 10 times the motherboard cost because of all the extra motherboard traces required. This is because of the fact that unlike Intel CPU`s "shared bandwith bus", AMD CPU`s have a direct northbridge-to-CPU link, and you`d need two links for two CPUS, and 4 links for four CPUS...
