i wouldn't worry about finding out the pressure drop due to your tubing, due to the fact it will be very slight. also just trying to take into the pressure drop due to the tubing won't factor in the pressure drop due to elbow bents, possible kinks etc.
you will only be able to find a general flow.. possibly to .5lpm.
