6"x6.125"x2" inlet and outlet both 5/8" (beaded a bit larger, but 1/2"ID silicone tubing has no problem going right over them (see picture above.
Mounts very nicely with the Coolingworks shroud.

I see this brought up a lot. However, air gets trapped at least momentarily in everything else and gets removed without incident... If the air is truly trapped it is out of the way of the water and so doesn't really affect anything.

I've never mounted a radiator with the outlet
not at the top - so I have no experience to judge whether I'm avoiding an "old wives tale" or a real potential problem. I
do run fairly low flow and it does sometimes take a while for all bubbles to clear from a radiator I've just set up - even with the outlet at or near the highest point. Higher flow may just "blow" these right out.
If I'm using a waterblock, and if it's possible, I try to orient it so that the outlet is higher (or at least no lower) than the inlet (obviously paying attention to things like making sure the inlet is over the CPU contact area if the WB is designed that way). Again, just trying to follow "common sense" - which may actually be nonsensical. Oh wait - you weren't addressing that one to me - nevermind...
