I am posting to find out, whats teh best I can do with round 115$-130$ for cooling.
I want to make a sealed system with no resivor. just like the one that TOM made in his review at toms hardware.
actually his parts looked like quality. But
if you can, send me links for the: waterblock, Radiator, and Pump I should get for my system.
