trying to test a pump but am confused as to how to connect it

pin 1 is +12VDC
pin 2 is the tach output

which is the -12VDC leg, pin 6 "+12V DC RETURN" ?

what is pin 4 ?
the text is Hungarian

pins 3 and 5 are open (none) = "semmi" ?
