Just thought I would post a note about my attempt at OverClocking. Maybe get some FREE advice from you all....

I have a ASUS K7M mainboard with Samsung 256 PC100 RAM ATI Rage Fury Video 32 megs ATA66 Fijistu ( spelled wrong ? is it ?? ) HD Athlon 750 CPU and a FREESPEED GFD.

I installed GFD and was able to get it to run stable at 850 with vcore at 1.7 .. I left my BIOS at FSB 100mhz and vcore at default because the GFD will handle this..

All attempts at 900mhz were useless.. I upped the vcore to 1.85 and no show.. Probably due to L2 cache, I dont know.. Just didnt happen...

Well, I then went into BIOS and upped the FSB to 105 and raised the stable vcore to 1.75 and left the GFD at 850... Well I then saw 892 mhz... Thats OK.. But I would like to see more...

Any thoughts would be appreciated
