Firefox is very good IMO. As mentioned, there are some web sites (quickbooks online) that require IE but this is fairly rare. When you install Firefox, it will ask you if you want to import your favorites and cookies from IE. IE will remain untouched and you can use both at the same time. Tabbed browsing rocks, you can have multiple sites open in one window, my favorite feature. You can group bookmarks, let's say you visit 6 different forums, you put them in a folder in your bookmarks, then when you go to that folder in 'bookmarks' there is an option to open all sites at once, 'open in tabs'. I have mine setup that way as well as all my banking stuff. When I need to pay bills, I go to my banking bookmark folder and open them all up. Very nice.
