I am putting together a rather rediculous system, that is beside the point but the fans I am using were chosen for a few reasons; they have very decent pressure, are tolerable at 12v and will be (are) on a fan controller. Want all out performance? Crank em at 12v or, turn them down to 7V for nice an quiet. You can have your cake and eat it too.
