I've been playing Doom3 for a bit right now, runs great at 1024x768, medium quality on this system:
Radeon 9500 PRO (not overclocked)
AthlonXP 2500+ mobile at 2200MHz (more to follow when I get off my lazy ass and cool it better)
1.5GB XMS3200 C2 RAM
Abit NF7-S motherboard
and hard drives, etc...
