Default Assistance with external cooling project.

Hello everyone. I have begun building an external water cooling setup. So far I have purchased a HW Labs Black ice 2 extreme radiator, Angel eye acrylic reservoir, 2-Enermax 120MM fans, 1/2" ID tubing and various other fittings. Right now I am stuck trying to figure out what the approximate total volume of cooling fluid will be. As this is my first stab at WC'ing, I am going to play it safe by using one of the non-conductive fluids(Fluid-XP or InertX). I have been searching for months now for any formulas or charts to measure how much fluid per foot in 1/2" ID tubing, how much in the rad, etc. With the outrageous cost ($35 USD per 32 oz), and probably another 10 to 15 USD for shipping per bottle I would like to come as close as possible. At this stage of the project I am using approximately 10'. Finding a forum with so many experienced, and extremely intelligent enthusiasts is pretty exciting! When I first decided to begin this project I thought my studies of hydrodynamics and thermal transfer at the US Naval Propulsion Engineering school would be enough, but a quick perusal through this forum showed me how in-depth and advanced the PC watercooling scene has developed. The extremely thorough and technical reviews and comments tend to keep one very humble. Once I finalize the last design details I will post this as a work in progress with photos along the way. I want to thank any of you in advance for your help and I appreciate your time. Have a great one!
