Nah, thats why the US is a Super power still and Russia is no more. The US strives to do it BETTER (having the money to do it is a bonus). Ink is not erasable.
However, in this case the point stands. You should always wash the system out before you do the final fill anyway. Manufacturing residues, dust and whatever else can be inside the rad.
