I wouldn't take the manufactures word on that. Also that dosn't take in other more important variables such as power supply stability, length of wires, quality of wires and a million other things not directly related to the motors and controllers. Also if your controllers were truely that good people wouldn't be paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for one's that really do have that accuracy.
