Any lawyers in the house?
There seems to be some intrest in babe/porn sites around here. I made a few babe sites in the past but always get hung on the legal issue of copyrights when posting pics. I don't have the cash to pay for legal advice nor lawsuit bills so I dropped the sites all together.
Question is how ilegal is it to post copyrighted pictures in a NON profit situation? I see places like
http://www.babes.ituned.com/ and wonder how they get away with it.
I certainly have the resources to re-do the site but would be interested in your opinions on if it is a good idea or not.
I got to go to Minnisota untill the 20thish and may not have internet access untill I get back so if I don't reply don't worry.
