Any chance of getting him to add an option on the Dell "system configurator" : NO free AOL - NO "free offers" pre-installed.
I spend time getting these off newly-purchased systems all the time - would be cheaper for the companies I work for to just pay something extra to not get this stuff on there in the first place...
