Actually, I found another source that says that transformer oil is re-sold as turbine oil in smaller quantities. One of my dad's helicopter buddies is building a turbine powered Robinson R22 so I might be able to bum some off of him. If it turns out that it is non-conductive and is PCB safe, I might have a little experiment with it. Supposedly it is even cheaper than mineral oil and is currently being utilized in small ham radio transmitters and stuff.
Again worth a try, but I got no time.
