Please help a noob on WC.

Hi, everyone. I am first time here. I am switching to watercooling system instead of fans. This is my first time going for watercooling system. I was going for an all DangerDen kits, as i am going through the custom configerater, it gives me lots of confusions. I hope you guys will help me out by helping me choose the stuff. My budget is 300$ for the kit and i want to cool my CPU and GPU. Thanks.

Here is my computer spec.

CPU- P4 3.2 socket 775
Motherboard - Asus P5AD2 Premium
Video Card - Geforce 2 mx400 PCI (Geforce 6800 ultra pci-e coming soon hopefully)
memory - 1g ddr2
case - Thermaltake XaserV Damier V6000A + 600watt psu
250g hard drive, 16X dvd, 12X dvd burner.
