just to stir it a bit,

LISTEN to what the Europeans say are their priorities . . . . . noise, not performance
so why are WE using performance as the yardstick, seems there should be several criteria applied to evaluating (and selecting ??)

that make it better jd ?

a personal comment: low noise to me is much more important than high performance
