Gazorp, You asked for advices and You got them. Quite good ones as well, if You ask me.
OK, it´s no fun to tear down a fully functional rig because of an advice You don´t believe in, but: Try it.
There will be one of two outcomes:
1. Your temps will go up, and then You were right all the time. Wouldn´t hurt, would it?
2. Your temps will go down. Wouldn´t hurt either, right?
Yep, I would definetely straighten out that kink if I were You. Serious flow killer.
