Everyone in this world is different and should be treated as such.........IMHO. But this is not a perfect world...............
I remember when I was active Army 1st Sgt, I could get a grown man to cry in front of a company. Does that make me a better person, no it doesn't. I learned the hard way, you never know when it'll come back and bite you in your big headed over sized butt.
