Here are some pictures of the reservoir and the air bubble problem. The main issue is that there is no divider in the reservoir. So as the water is pushed into the reservoir from the top barb, it produces air bubbles. Without the divider, the lower barb (output to CPU block) sucks in a good deal of the air bubbles causing air to enter the flow.
Do any of you guys have any solutions to this problem. I thought about hacksawing the top off of the res and putting in a divider but this would require a lot of work and hassle. Keep in mind that the top of the res only has about a 3/4" hole.
