Ok.. I took off the shim.. lapped the Bird and .. I works great. before I could only get 1.34 out of it.. now its at 1.4 (140x10)
1.8v (dont know why but it runs at less than max now

it tops at 98f now.. Thanks for all the input. NEXT up ..... Water rig.
